Effective 22 September 2026. AA Shahzad LLC respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on PromptsTime infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice through our support form, choosing "Copyright / takedown", or email support@promptstime.com with the subject "DMCA notice". Please include:
- Your name and contact details, and your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim is infringed.
- The PromptsTime page address (URL) of the material.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
What we do
We review notices promptly and remove or disable access to material where appropriate, and we may notify the person who provided it. Repeat infringers' accounts will be terminated.
Counter-notice
If you believe your material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice through the same form with your contact details, the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
Misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may lead to liability for damages.
